Am parcurs drumul de la executiv în corporații mari la mentorul care însoțește alți lideri. Timp de ani buni, am ocupat funcții de top management, iar în paralel, am fost fascinat de o întrebare pe care nu o poți ocoli: Cine sunt eu, cu adevărat?

Benjamin Franklin spunea că există trei lucruri greu de obținut în viață: diamantele, oțelul și cunoașterea de sine. Latinii o numeau nosce te ipsum, grecii, gnothi seauton. Eu am transformat această căutare într-o metodologie aplicabilă în business și în viață.

Metodologia mea combină psihologia profundă, neurobiologia emoțiilor, strategia de business și dezvoltarea spirituală, pentru că un lider complet este mai mult decât un manager performant.

Fundamentul metodologic al muncii mele s-a format în anii de studiu alături de Prof. Dr. Sebastian Stănculescu, profesor universitar cu o carieră academică recunoscută la nivel european și una dintre cele mai riguroase voci în dezvoltarea umană și spirituală.

I have walked the path from corporate executive to the mentor who accompanies other leaders. For years, I held top management positions — and in parallel, I was fascinated by a question one cannot escape: Who am I, truly?

Benjamin Franklin said there are three hard things in this life: diamonds, steel, and knowing thyself. The Latins called it nosce te ipsum, the Greeks — gnothi seauton. I have turned this inquiry into a methodology applicable in both business and life.

My methodology integrates depth psychology, the neurobiology of emotions, business strategy and spiritual development — because a complete leader is far more than a high-performing manager.

The methodological foundation of my work was shaped through years of study alongside Prof. Dr. Sebastian Stănculescu — a university professor with an academic career recognised across Europe, and one of the most rigorous voices in human and spiritual development.
